COVID-19 Updates

Governor Cooper released Executive Order 215 on May 14, 2021, which has lifted the capacity restrictions, social distancing requirements, and the face covering requirements. 

You can find updated details for each department below. Feel free to call us with any questions or concerns. 

Our crew is working hard to keep things safe and clean for all of our guests. We ask that you take advantage of the express check-in feature to help you check-in faster and possibly avoid having to come into the Registration Station. You will get an e-mail 24 hours before your arrival with the information. Be sure to download the Jellystone Park app in the app store and search for "daddyjoes."

As things continue to develop with the Coronavirus, we want to take a few moments to let you know what we are doing to keep our guests and team safe and healthy. We have heightened our cleaning and disinfecting procedures to keep you safe. This includes, but is not limited to, cleaning and wiping down our bathhouses, the Creamery, office, and camp store several times a day.

We are monitoring this situation daily, as a team, to remain up to date and make the best decisions for you, our customer.

Here is a breakdown of what is currently happening in each area of the campground:

Registration Station: Our office will be open daily from 9am-4pm. There is a limit of oen person per family in the office at a time. If you have questions about our cancelation policy please visit our Reservations page

Recreation: Activities will be offered during themed week/weekends only. Be sure to check out the activity schedule for your tip by clicking here. Basketballs & horseshoes can now be checked out from the Craft Shack. This allows us to sanitize these items in between use. The vollyeball can be checked our from The Creamery. 

Camp Store: Hours for the Camp Store can be found on the Jellystone Park™ app. 

Pic-A-Nic Basket: The Pic-A-Nic Basket is currently closed for the season.

The Creamery: The Creamery is open weekends only in December. You can find their hours of operation on the Jellystone Park app or their Facebook page. 

Pools: The pools and the AquaPlay are at full capacity. You will no longer need tickets for the pools. Hours for the pools can be found on the Jellystone Park app. Currently only the indoor pool is open for the winter.

Bathhouses & Laundromats: Bathhouses & Laundromats are open. 

Golf Carts: All golf carts will be cleaned and sanitized before being rented to our guests.
