Snowbird Rates are $300.00 per month from November 2012 through March 2013.
Only a 30 day minimum stay to apply for special rate.
$100.00 site deposit is required.

Rates include Water / Sewer / CABLE TV / Free Wi-Fi / Concrete Pad
Electricity is metered and billed at the first of the month.

Propane can be delivered to your site, so you do not have to unhook to refill your tanks!

Extended nights are available at the same rate, but must be consecutive to stay.

Cancellation with 30 day notice and refund of deposit with a $25.00 fee.
Cancellation under 30 day notice, no refund on deposit.
